Shipping Information - RapidCharge

General Policy:

• Ready-to-ship items dispatched within 24-48 hours.
• Pre-order items ship within 7-15 working days.
• Warehouse operates shipments from Monday to Saturday.
• Delivery within 3-7 working days post shipment, based on location.
• Tracking details sent via WhatsApp, SMS, and email upon dispatch.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) available, up to INR 4999 per order.
• Store Credit option for delayed pre-order items.
• Email help@rapidcharge.pro for shipping inquiries.

Delivered But Not Received:

• Track package upon "delivered" status via email/SMS.
• Inform us within 3 days if not received, despite showing delivered.
• Couriers accept complaints within 72 hours of marked delivery.
• We're not liable for delayed reports beyond 72 hours.

Shipping in India:

• Premium couriers: BlueDart, Amazon, Xpressbees, Ekart, Ecom, Delhivery.
• Metros: Allow 2-4 working days for delivery post dispatch.
• Non-Metros and Interiors: Allow 4-5 working days post dispatch.
• Tracking details sent via WhatsApp, SMS, and email upon dispatch.
• Unforeseen delays due to weather, customs, courier issues beyond control.
• We'll inform you promptly if unforeseen delays arise.
