Cancellation Policy

We get it plans change. If you need to cancel your order:

Before Dispatch:

• You can cancel your order within 12 hours  of placing it by emailing help@rapidcharge. Or please call us at +91 9217994946.
• If your order hasn’t been shipped, we’ll cancel and issue a full refund.

After Dispatch:

• Once the order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.
• You can still reject it at the time of delivery, but shipping charges may apply.

For prepaid orders, refund will be processed within 5-7 working days after cancellation approval.
