4. Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?

5. How long does delivery take?

Orders dispatched within 24-48 hours. Delivery timeline: Metro cities (2-4 days), Tier-1 (3-5 days), Rest of India (4-7 working days). Express shipping available for select locations.

6. Can I track my order?

7. What if I receive damaged/wrong product?

8. Can I cancel my order?

Yes, within 12 hours before dispatch. Email help@rapidcharge.pro or call +91-92180 68606. After dispatch, cannot cancel but can reject at delivery (shipping fee applies).

9. Do you offer returns/exchanges?

Returns/replacements only for damaged, defective, or wrong items (within 3 days). No returns for change of mind, wrong size selection, or sale items. Store credit available for eligible cases.
