Warranty Information:

ā€¢ Proof of Purchase is mandatory for warranty services.
ā€¢ Warranty is non-transferrable, offering purchaser's sole remedy.
ā€¢Ā RapidChargeĀ and its service centers are not liable for incidental or consequential damage.
ā€¢ Services under warranty do not extend or renew the warranty period.
ā€¢ Unauthorized service attempts void warranty cover.

Service Process:

Upon receiving the product, our Quality Check team will respond within 3-5 working days.

Exclusions:

ā€¢ Accessories not approved by RapidCharge.
ā€¢ Damage from unauthorized repairs or removal of serial/identification labels.
ā€¢ Software programs, whether pre-installed or added later.
ā€¢ Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, or nature.
ā€¢ Affixing items with non-approved methods.
ā€¢ Use of unendorsed batteries or power sources.

Claim Process:

(Buyer covers shipping charges)

Damage Not Covered:

ā€¢ Physical and electrical damage from accidents, misuse, abuse, neglect, etc.
ā€¢ Wear and tear, malicious destruction, ordinary wear and tear, acts of nature.
ā€¢ Affixing items with unapproved methods.
ā€¢ Overcharging or using non-recommended power sources.
ā€¢ Any defect from improper testing, installation, service, or adjustment.
ā€¢ RapidCharge customer service team reserves the final decision on warranty claims and service.
