Warranty Information:
• Warranty commences from the date of product delivery.
• Proof of Purchase is mandatory for warranty services.
• Warranty is non-transferrable, offering purchaser's sole remedy.
• RapidCharge and its service centers are not liable for incidental or consequential damage.
• Services under warranty do not extend or renew the warranty period.
• Unauthorized service attempts void warranty cover.
Service Process:
Upon receiving the product, our Quality Check team will respond within 3-5 working days.
Exclusions:
• Accessories not approved by RapidCharge.
• Damage from unauthorized repairs or removal of serial/identification labels.
• Software programs, whether pre-installed or added later.
• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, or nature.
• Affixing items with non-approved methods.
• Use of unendorsed batteries or power sources.
Claim Process:
• Email Help@RapidCharge.pro with issue details.
(Buyer covers shipping charges)
Damage Not Covered:
• Physical and electrical damage from accidents, misuse, abuse, neglect, etc.
• Wear and tear, malicious destruction, ordinary wear and tear, acts of nature.
• Affixing items with unapproved methods.
• Overcharging or using non-recommended power sources.
• Any defect from improper testing, installation, service, or adjustment.
• RapidCharge customer service team reserves the final decision on warranty claims and service.
