Warranty Information:
ā¢ Warranty commences from the date of product delivery.
ā¢ Proof of Purchase is mandatory for warranty services.
ā¢ Warranty is non-transferrable, offering purchaser's sole remedy.
ā¢Ā RapidChargeĀ and its service centers are not liable for incidental or consequential damage.
ā¢ Services under warranty do not extend or renew the warranty period.
ā¢ Unauthorized service attempts void warranty cover.
Service Process:
Upon receiving the product, our Quality Check team will respond within 3-5 working days.
Exclusions:
ā¢ Accessories not approved by RapidCharge.
ā¢ Damage from unauthorized repairs or removal of serial/identification labels.
ā¢ Software programs, whether pre-installed or added later.
ā¢ Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, or nature.
ā¢ Affixing items with non-approved methods.
ā¢ Use of unendorsed batteries or power sources.
Claim Process:

(Buyer covers shipping charges)
Damage Not Covered:
ā¢ Physical and electrical damage from accidents, misuse, abuse, neglect, etc.
ā¢ Wear and tear, malicious destruction, ordinary wear and tear, acts of nature.
ā¢ Affixing items with unapproved methods.
ā¢ Overcharging or using non-recommended power sources.
ā¢ Any defect from improper testing, installation, service, or adjustment.
ā¢ RapidCharge customer service team reserves the final decision on warranty claims and service.
